Snow Peas with Mashed GarlicIngredients: Directions: 2. Heat the salad oil in a wok until 70-100oC (160-210oF). Put in the snow peas and stir-fry. Take out and drain off the oil. 3. Keep 50 g (3 1/2 tbsp) oil in the wok. Add the mashed garlic and stir untilit gives a strong aroma. Put in the snow peas, salt, MSG and sugar, and stir.
