Peanuts with Pepper SaltIngredients: Directions: 1. Either buy the pepper salt at a grocery store or make it by baking and then grinding Chinese prickly ash and mixing that with salt at a ratio of 1/2 prickly ash and 1/2 salt. 2. Put the peanuts and oil in a wok over a low fire to gradually roast the peanuts. Take out and put on a plate. Sprinkle on the pepper salt. When The dish cools off, it is ready to serve. Features: Crispy and aromatic.
